关于2025年度年终决算暂停税（费）

缴纳业务的通告

为做好2025年全省年终决算工作，根据人民银行TIPS系统有关业务运行时间和社保费征管信息系统停机维护安排，国家税务总局青海省税务局将暂停各项税（费）缴纳业务，具体如下：

一、2025年12月30日21:00起暂停全省用人单位、城乡居民、灵活就业人员等各项社保费、工会经费、职业年金等申报缴费、凭证打印及查询业务。

二、2025年12月30日21:00起暂停中国银联公司、网联清算公司财税库银横向联网缴税（费）业务。

三、2025年12月31日00:00时起暂停办理“待缴库税款”和“跨省市总分机构企业所得税”缴税（费）业务。

四、2025年12月31日12:00起暂停办理各类线上线下的刷卡、扫码支付、实时扣款及银行端查询缴税（费）业务。

请广大纳税人、缴费人提早办理相关缴纳业务，减少暂停业务对自身造成的影响。2026年1月1日零时起恢复上述暂停的税（费）缴纳业务。
